The original IMAP Extractor Pro is discontinued for new downloads. Email Extractor 360 is its current successor for IMAP mailboxes, with added Outlook, Outlook-opened PST, EML and MSG source options.

Looking for the original app? This page preserves its history and help for existing customers. The ZIP at the old download address now contains Email Extractor 360, not the original installer.

Start with Email Extractor 360

The current Windows app lets you review extracted email addresses before export. It supports IMAP mailboxes, classic Outlook profiles, PST archives opened in Outlook, and local EML or MSG files.

Keep your legacy help

Your original IMAP Extractor Pro license is separate from Email Extractor 360. The legacy guide remains available for your existing installation; contact support if you need help with a previous purchase.

Direct PST access without classic Outlook is not in the current Email Extractor 360 release. It is planned for the next version, subject to compatibility testing.
