Browser access and privacy
Your PDF stays on your device.
The app reads and renders PDF content in your browser. Workspace sign-in, trial access and license checks use the server; your PDF content is not uploaded to MonocomSoft.
- Use a current supported browser with enough memory for your PDF.
- One unlocked PDF at a time, up to 100 MiB and 500 pages.
- Large PDFs take more memory; a desktop browser is better suited to demanding documents.
- Exported pages are images; text search, text selection and OCR are not included.
- HTML export does not include hosting, automatic publishing or cross-device project sync.
Product questions
Clear answers before the next step.
How do I start the free trial?
Sign in to MonocomSoft Workspace and submit a tenant name to start your 14-day Workspace trial. Open Flipbook Maker to create and preview a PDF. Downloading standalone HTML requires paid Flipbook access.
Do I need to install a desktop app?
No. Open Flipbook Maker through MonocomSoft Workspace in your browser. PDF processing runs on your device, so larger documents need more memory. Sign-in and license checks require an internet connection.
Which devices can I use?
Create flipbooks online on Windows, Mac, Linux, mobile and tablet—no desktop installation needed.
Are all browsers supported?
Use a current browser such as Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari. Older browsers and browsers built into other apps may not support every feature. For larger PDFs, available device memory and HTML download support also matter.
Can I convert several PDFs in one task?
Flipbook Maker Online works with one PDF at a time. Use PDF Flipbook Creator for Windows to convert multiple PDFs into separate HTML flipbooks in one task. Your paid Flipbook license unlocks both apps.
Do I need a separate license for Windows?
No. One Flipbook license covers Flipbook Maker Online and PDF Flipbook Creator for Windows. Activate either version to unlock both. Use the Workspace account associated with your purchase; this does not synchronise PDF documents or saved projects.
How can I share my digital book?
With paid access, export a standalone HTML file and share it with your readers or host it on your own website. It opens in a modern browser. Workspace does not automatically publish or host your flipbook.
Does my PDF get uploaded?
No. PDF content is processed in your browser. Saved design defaults stay in that browser; the PDF itself is not saved to Workspace.
Can readers search or select text?
The HTML flipbook contains rendered page images, so original text is not searchable or selectable. You can optionally include the source PDF download.
