Flipbook Studio 360 / V2 video workflow
Convert your PDF into a page-turning video.
Prepare a publication, choose its pages and timing, then export a silent MP4 or MOV for a video player or sharing platform.
From selected PDF pages to a finished video
From source to reviewed output
MP4 and MOV use H.264. MOV output is not ProRes.
Adjust page hold, turn duration and an automatic or suitable target video length.
The first publication preview has no time limit. Saving a video requires activation.
01 / Prepare
Choose the PDF and its own page range.
Open the source and set the selection in Design > Pages. Review the source page numbers before moving to video output.
Check the selection
Different PDFs retain different ranges. A custom range from one file is not a shared range for every document.
Prepare the background
Choose the reader style, image or gradient background and page layout. Use the preview to check how the publication fits.
02 / Playback
Give each page enough time on screen.
In Design > Playback, adjust the page-turning controls and preview the publication.
Set hold and turn timing
Choose a comfortable page hold and animation speed. Keep time for both the page transition and the content.
Choose a target duration
Leave duration automatic or choose a target long enough for all selected pages. Review the full sequence rather than only the opening turn.
03 / Export
Save and play the final MP4 or MOV.
Open Export, select the PDF, choose video format and resolution, and select a destination.
Choose FHD, HD or SD
Use the available resolution that fits your destination. Higher resolution does not restore missing detail in the source artwork.
Check the saved video
Follow progress and use the available Pause/Resume or Cancel controls if needed. Open the completed output in a video player and review framing, page order and timing.
Common questions
Answers before you run the workflow

Does MOV output use ProRes?
No. Both the MP4 and MOV publication outputs use H.264 video.
