01 / Connect
Choose the mailbox route supported by your provider.
For IMAP, use the provider-supported server, TLS port and credentials or app password. Supported Microsoft accounts also have a separate browser sign-in route.
Select folders
Load the mailbox folders and choose the ones your task needs. Narrow the scope with available date and extraction settings.
Keep provider requirements in view
IMAP must be enabled by the provider. Google browser sign-in is not included in V2; supported Gmail access uses IMAP and provider credentials or an app password.

Can I use Gmail through IMAP?
Yes, when the account and provider permit IMAP. Use the supported credentials or app password. Google browser sign-in is not part of V2.
Can I save complete emails and attachments?
Licensed output includes supported EML, MSG and MBOX complete-message routes and attachment saving. Message content can be reconstructed from available source data; review the saved result.
Can I review before buying?
Yes. Extraction, filtering and review have no time limit. Saving lists, complete messages or attachments requires an active license.
