Answers before you run the workflow
Can Email Extractor 360 open a PST without Outlook?
Yes. V2 reads compatible PST and OST files directly. The Outlook-assisted route described in this guide still requires classic Outlook and may expose different archive content.
Can I try Outlook extraction before buying?
Yes. Extract, filter and review email addresses in evaluation mode. Exporting lists and saving supported attachment files require an active license.
Does exporting Outlook emails to Excel save complete messages?
The XLSX, CSV and TXT routes save reviewed email-address data. For supported complete-message output, use the separate EML, MSG or MBOX export route with an active license.
Is my mailbox uploaded to MonocomSoft?
No. Selected mailbox content is processed locally on your Windows PC. Account and license services use separate network connections.
