PDF Manager 360 / Page management
Build the PDF your next task actually needs.
Bring supporting documents together, remove a repeated page or pull a long PDF into smaller files. Review the page order before you save the new copy.
A clear path from source files to output
From source to reviewed output
Bring several PDFs into one working document and review their source-file and page order.
Reorder, rotate, duplicate or remove pages in the active working PDF.
Create output by every page, custom page groups, regular batches, odd pages or even pages.
01 / Combine
Bring several PDF files into one document.
Open the PDFs you need, go to Combine and choose Add open PDFs. Each source starts as a compact document group.
Review source-file order
Use Manage files to check which PDF comes first and which supporting document follows.
Expand the pages you need
Show a group's pages to inspect or arrange individual pages without expanding every file at once.
02 / Organize
Make the page sequence easy to follow.
Use Organize for changes within the active PDF. Select pages, open Page actions and review the thumbnails as you work.
Correct orientation and order
Rotate a sideways scan, drag pages into the required sequence or remove an unwanted duplicate.
Save a separate result
Review the complete working PDF and save a new copy when the order is right.
03 / Split
Choose a split rule that matches the handover.
Open Split for the active working PDF. The output plan helps you check the groups before saving.
Every page, groups or batches
Make individual PDFs, define the pages that belong together or divide the document into regular-size groups.
Odd pages or even pages
Collect alternating pages when your task needs them separated. Check the document's actual page order, especially if covers or blank pages are included.
Common questions
Answers before you run the workflow
Can I merge PDFs without uploading them?
Yes. PM360 processes the source files and writes the combined PDF on your Windows PC. License activation uses an internet connection separately.
Can I split odd and even PDF pages?
Yes. Choose Odd pages or Even pages in Split and review the output plan before saving.
Will the original PDFs be changed?
Page operations work on copies inside the workspace. Save a new result and preserve your original source files.
